In this case study, see how Regional San in Sacramento, California delivered a critical wastewater upgrade program on time and on budget. Regional San serves 1.4 million residents by providing wastewater conveyance, treatment, and disposal of treated effluent into the Sacramento River. The State of California set deadlines for Regional San to reduce nitrogen levels and install equipment for tertiary filtration treatment. The session will explore why and how Regional San created a program management office (PMO) to meet these requirements. Find out how Regional San's PMO enabled management oversight while empowering the program's individual project teams.
