Jill Teplin, CCM, PMP has been with Brown and Caldwell for 34 years managing water, wastewater and utility infrastructure projects. She recently completed a 12 year assignment for the EchoWater Project in Sacramento, California where she served as both Construction Manager and Project Manager for several of the associated projects along with a key staff member for the overall Program Management team. Currently Jill has relocated to San Diego to work on the multi -billion dollar Pure Water Program for the City of San Diego where Brown and Caldwell and Stantec are teamed for the Program Management. Jill specializes in contract administration, team building, plant operations coordination during construction, contractor shutdowns and tie ins along with commissioning and startup activities.
