Trevor currently serves as a construction representative for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during the design phase of the Prado Dam Spillway Modification and Whittier Narrows Dam Safety Modification projects, each estimated at a staggering value of $900M-$1.5B, and $400M-$800M respectively. Trevor collaborates closely with the lead engineers, design discipline leads, and cost estimators to perform constructability evaluations and provide construction sequencing considerations that inform design development and cost estimation. His collaboration with designers has led to the identification and resolution of constructability conflicts, resulting in significant design changes to reduce dam safety risk during construction.
Recently, Trevor worked as a Construction Representative and Project Controls Team Lead on the Isabella Dam Safety Modification Project with a contract value of approximately $300 million. Trevor exhibits outstanding leadership and communication skills as well as expert ability to perform technical schedule analysis. Trevor worked collaboratively with the stakeholdersr to assess schedule and cost risks during construction, identify mitigation strategies, and offer recommendations to overcome construction obstacles and delays. Trevor identified and implemented innovative construction sequencing optimizations, resulting in a remarkable time savings of approximately 280 days of forecasted delay and several million dollars. His contributions to the project have been recognized by the USACE South Pacific Division Commanding General in 2023, and the District Commander in 2019, 2020, and 2021, as well as the Sacramento District Impact Safety Award in 2018 for collaborative safety efforts with contractor staff.
