Shay is a driven water/wastewater Recovery consultant based in HDR's Walnut Creek office. With a keen interest in all things water, Shay actively supports projects ranging from treatment plant design to field experience and inspection. Her expertise lies in the removal of compounds through Powdered Activated Carbon treatment, a focus of her graduate research. Despite her specialized knowledge, Shay remains passionate about the broader aspects of water management. She approaches every challenge with enthusiasm, seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
