Keith is an accomplished and performance-driven Senior Project Manager and leader with a track record of successfully dissecting and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. With over a decade of experience, Keith has maintained expert cross-departmental collaboration, transforming organizations and building future-oriented teams and systems. With a deep understanding of environmental service and project management methodologies and best practices, Keith’s unique expertise and approach allow him to tailor frameworks to environmental context, recognize challenges and act on emerging opportunities.
Earning a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a Master of Business and Operations set the scene. Starting as a Project Manager, Keith proceeded to be a District Inspector and, later, Senior Project Manager. An empathetic leader and keen problem solver, Keith has been at the helm of managing construction, establishing underground sewer systems, retrofitting and constructing several large to medium sewage lift stations, and managing co-generation plants. He also contributes significantly to the development and implementation of project management, participating in Board Reports and studies authorized and submitted to the District Board of Directors.
Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional results, Keith is a proactive lifelong learner, highly respected amongst stakeholders and colleagues alike. He is committed to staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to bolster outcomes. Keith is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC). He also holds a Drinking-Water Distribution Systems Operators License (D1) and is proficient in conducting field sampling and testing at commercial, public, and industrial sites for water quality compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
Outside of work, Keith’s hobbies are centered around exercise; cycling, running, and weightlifting. Additionally, he loves to complete DIY projects around the family home and spend time with his wife and children.
