Guyton has more than 17 years of construction management, program management, engineering and economic experience in infrastructure, with a focus on energy, transportation, water, and wastewater. With degrees in Civil Engineering (BS), Economics (BA), and Environmental Engineering (MS) from Rice University, as a California Professional Engineer and a Certified Construction Manager, Guyton offers clients expertise on how to choose the alternatives they want and then get them designed and built.

Guyton has been with HDR for over four years, and is currently the CM for the $80M West County Wastewater’s Clean and Green Project, as well as continuing to assist other clients, including at the proposed Sites Reservoir, where he has helped raise $2.2B of low-cost loan funding.
