Mr. Victor Ozuna has 20 years of construction management experience including 12 years with various USACE Construction Divisions. He served as the Resident Engineer for the Lake Isabella Dam Safety Modification Project and is currently supporting Whittier Narrows Dam and Prado Spillway Dam Safety Modifications projects.
Victor started his career in construction with the U.S. Navy Seabees. In the Seabees, he provided construction support to various projects around the world including engineering reconnaissance during major combat operations at the start of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After 5 years of honorable military service, Mr. Ozuna attended San Diego State University and graduated with a B.S. in Construction Engineering and an MBA.
Victor is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas, a Certified Construction Manager, and an Administrative Contracting Officer. He enjoys taking on challenging projects as well as reading, writing, and hiking.
